Effective 03/01/2010
the State of Texas requires that any electrical
connection or disconnection of an electrical circuit
over 24 volts must be performed by & billed by a
Certified Electrical Contractor. Blue Horizon Pool &
Spa Co. has currently applied for an Electrical
Appliance Installers & Contractor's License. However
until the requirements have been met 120v/240v
repairs will be referred to our New Construction
Electrical Contractor. |

We work hard to provide the
best maintenance & repair services available in the
industry. Our techs are provided the most up to date
information & training available. The Techs
have weekly meetings with the Owner to discuss &
address, if required, any problems observed on their
routes. In maintenance we maintain a detailed
database of all maintenance services, including
chemicals added, chemical readings, & cleaning
services that were performed on your pool. A door
hanger is left on your back door each week detailing
the maintenance performed on your pool. In addition
our Techs are trained to notify & log to our office
& clients of any problems observed during the
maintenance visit. We will notify you via email of
any problems observed with an estimate for repair.
Our highly trained staff in our repair
department will perform a thorough evaluation of
your pool. After the diagnosis we will provide a
written estimate via email before any repairs are
performed.
Best of all our service is affordably priced against any competitors that maintain an office & support staff. We personally answer the phone during business hours
& we respond to email requests for service or information after hours.
